Commercial Solar Installer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Solar Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale commercial and industrial solar installations, a commitment to quality and safety, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain commercial solar systems, including projects ranging from 500kW to multiple megawatts.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, prioritizing quality and safety on every project.
• Collaborate with project teams to complete installations efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct site assessments and verify installation plans against design specifications.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and clients.
• Assist in managing and training team members, if applicable.

Qualifications: 

• OSHA 10/30 certification required.
• NABCEP PV Installer certification is highly preferred.
• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• 5+ years of experience with large-scale commercial and industrial solar projects.
• Proven experience with single interconnections in large solar systems.
• Strong focus on safety and quality standards.
• Excellent management and team-building skills are a plus.
